Finnish and infrared sauna, cold plunge, and the rhythm between them — then rest. A practice, not a treatment.
02Hot yoga & pilates
Heated classes for strength, breath and mobility, in a studio inside the club — the mat and the sauna a few steps apart.
03IV therapy
Vitamin drips and shots, administered by medical professionals, in the calm of the rest lounge. For the days that ask a little more of you.
